Choosing a platform
We'll recommend a platform in your written scope based on what you sell and how you work:
- Already selling somewhere? If you're on Shopify, Square, Etsy or similar, we'll either build from it or move you off it, whichever makes more sense.
- A handful of products or services? Payment links or a buy button on a regular site can be simpler and cheaper to run than a full store.
- Hundreds of products or complex options? A full e-commerce platform earns its monthly fee.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay the platform and payment provider their standard fees. We charge the fixed price in writing and nothing per sale.
Can I add and edit products myself?
Yes. Stores are set up so you can manage products, prices and orders yourself, and we walk you through it at handover.
Can you connect the store to my point-of-sale system?
Often, yes, especially if you already use Square or Shopify in person. Integrations like this are usually part of a Custom Build; we'll say which in your quote.
