Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to have it deleted. The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you and build your website, we don’t track you around the web, and we never sell your information.

Who we are

Cornerstone Designers is a web design studio run by Taylor Odom in Newberry, South Carolina. “We” and “us” on this page mean Cornerstone Designers.

What we collect

How we use it

To reply to you, send our project questions and follow-up emails, prepare your written quote, build and support your website, take payment, and keep the business records we’re required to keep. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who helps us

We use a few services to run the studio. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us:

If we emailed your business

We sometimes email local businesses about specific problems we noticed on their websites. We use only the contact details a business publishes on its own website. Every email says who we are and how to opt out: reply “no thanks” and we won’t email you again.

How long we keep it

We keep project and payment records for as long as we need them for the work and for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

Email hello@cornerstonedesigners.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can stop our emails at any time by replying “no thanks”.

Health information

We build websites for medical and dental practices, but we don’t handle protected health information. Please don’t send us anything from a patient record, through our forms or by email.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
