Billed monthly. Cancel any month, and if you leave we move your site out free.
Payment plans, Custom Builds and other amounts
Payment plans, Custom Builds, and anything that isn’t one of the amounts above, are billed by invoice. You’ll get it by email from Stripe with a Pay button, so there’s nothing to do here. On a payment plan for a Starter or Business Site, that’s six invoices a month apart, of $795 or $1,500, and they stop after the sixth.
Card or bank. At checkout you can pay by card or straight from a US bank account. Bank payments take a few business days to clear.
Not sure which to pay? Your written quote says which package you’re on. If anything looks off, write to hello@cornerstonedesigners.com before paying and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds and cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable: they hold your slot on the calendar. On a payment plan, the first monthly payment holds your slot the same way and isn’t refundable. The final payment is due at launch. A fix-up is refunded in full if you cancel before we start work, but not after. Monthly support can be cancelled any month, and a month that has already started isn’t refunded.
