Websites for medical and dental practices

Practice websites that bring in new patients without creating privacy exposure. Accessible by design, fixed prices from $4,500, from Newberry, SC.

Healthcare is where we started. A practice website has to do what any small business site does, bring in new patients and cut down front-desk calls, while staying clear of the privacy and accessibility problems that are easy to create by accident.

What a practice site needs

  • Provider pages, with names, credentials and specialties, so patients can choose and Google can match searches to your team.
  • Insurance and new-patient information, which answers the calls your front desk takes every day.
  • An appointment request form that asks only enough to call someone back: never symptoms, history or insurance ID numbers.
  • Links to your patient portal and scheduling system, not copies of them. Those systems belong with the specialist vendors who run them.
  • Local search setup, with service pages, structured data and your Google Business Profile connected.

Privacy, stated plainly

We build sites that stay out of HIPAA's way: no protected health information collected, stored or sent by the website itself.

  • We're not HIPAA certified, and neither is anyone else. No government body issues HIPAA certification.
  • We don't sign Business Associate Agreements, because we deliberately don't build systems that handle patient records.
  • Analytics is set up on purpose. Google has said it won't sign a Business Associate Agreement for Google Analytics, so we don't put it on pages where patients request appointments, and we explain the setup in writing.

Anything describing treatment or clinical care is written or approved by you. We don't make medical claims on a practice's behalf.

Accessibility

Patients use screen readers, keyboard navigation and zoom. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA in the code, and we never use overlay widgets: the FTC fined the best-known overlay maker $1 million in 2025 over claims its tool made sites compliant. The full story. If your practice receives federal funds, there are federal accessibility deadlines as well. See our scope section for the dates.

Frequently asked questions

Can the website take new-patient paperwork?

Not on the website itself. Forms that collect health history belong in your patient portal or intake vendor. We link to them clearly and make them easy to find.

Can you build a patient portal?

No. Portals and records access need a specialist vendor that handles protected health information and signs a Business Associate Agreement. We'll build around whichever one you use.

Do you work with dental, chiropractic and therapy practices?

Yes: medical, dental, optometry, physical therapy, chiropractic and mental health practices all have the same core needs, and we adjust the pages to fit.
